Do you have ISO 9001 accreditation?

All HART products are produced in ISO 9001 certified facilities. We have contracted Africa Slurry Pump Solutions (ASPS) to provide technical support services including inspection and testing. ASPS is fully accredited in ISO 9001, a copy is available upon request.

You claim PECJEP is functionally interchangeable with legacy brands.

How can you be sure?

We often repair pumps of major manufacturers using HART parts with zero fitment issues.

Do you have contactable references?

On request we conduct comprehensive slurry pump system audits. More often than not these audits highlight suboptimal application design decisions. Also, processes vary over time, and assumptions made years ago may not hold true anymore. By accurately assessing and overlaying pump and system curves we can pinpoint trouble areas and advise on the best way to resolve them.

My application is special – do you have a solution?

Our ever-expanding product range include nine pump series. We cater for applications ranging from pumping rocks the size of bricks to carbon transfer, pumping froth to filter-press feed, mill circuit to spillage duty, and anything in between.

I need special materials, can you help me?

Although 90% of slurry pump applications are best served by our standard M27 High Chrome and R60 Natural Rubber, we offer a comprehensive material range. For more exotic applications we offer metals optimised for low pH, high temperature or ultra-abrasive duties. Polymer options include neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, Hypalon, polyurethane and others. The range is rounded out by several cast ceramic alternatives.

Can I test PECJEP products in my plant?

Absolutely. We offer various trial options. One of the most common is our “ZERO risk trial” which proves the superior performance and wear life of our pumps and components at zero risk to the client. Please contact us for more detailed information on our trial options.

What is the largest pump you can supply?

Our largest horizontal end suction slurry pump has a 20inch Inlet and a 18inch outlet commonly known as a 20/18, with up to 1200kw power handling a flow exceeding 5400m3/hr. Our vertical spindle slurry pumps range up to 300mm discharge.

Do you offer consignment stock?

We offer several supply chain models, with in-country inventory in most African mining territories. On a case-by-case basis we will evaluate if consignment stock is the most effective solution for our customers.
